1. Role Overview
We propose a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development and operation of a CRM platform on Microsoft Azure, aligned with European engineering standards and working culture.
The engineer will play a key role in ensuring scalable infrastructure, reliable CI/CD pipelines, and secure cloud operations, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of CRM features
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent and automated environment provisioning
- Monitor system performance, logs, and reliability; proactively improve system stability
- Ensure security best practices and compliance (aligned with EU standards such as GDPR)
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
- Support incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Contribute to technical documentation and process standardization
3. Technical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including: Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Key Vault
- Experience in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Proficiency in Terraform / Bicep / ARM templates
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of monitoring & logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Understanding of cloud security and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, or custom-built CRM)
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data protection practices
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400)
- Experience in multi-region or EU-based deployments
