Mô tả công việc Tiếp nhận toàn bộ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ của khách hàng. Phối hợp với đội dự án trong việc quản lý dự án, kiểm soát tiến độ và chất lượng của đội BA, qua đó nâng cao chất lượng của sản phẩm/dự án.
