Job Summary
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects to our clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
1. Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation through delivery;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong client relationships;
- Create professional documentation: estimation, proposals, design documents (system design…);
- Take on the role of Bridge system engineer (BrSE) for projects when needed;
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization to meet project requirements and timelines;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively;
- Maintain high standards of quality and ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards;
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, including progress, risks, and issues;
- Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, developers, and other IT professionals, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment;
2. Job requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery;
- Good communication skill in English language (both written and verbal);
- Strong leadership and team management abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software;
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
