1. Job Description
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define quality assurance needs and acceptance criteria.
- Design, build, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases.
- Execute end-to-end (E2E) tests, regression tests, and functional tests to validate software performance and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution.
- Work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure product quality at all stages.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to QA strategy.
- (If applicable) Lead a small QA team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
2. Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive test coverage.
- Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing practices and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in leading a QA team or mentoring junior QA engineers.
