1. Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for multinational clients. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams. This includes stakeholder management, process optimization, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives. Documentation and communication are at the heart of our approach, ensuring clarity and efficiency across all project phases.
2. Key responsibilities
Requirements Management & Documentation
- Receive, research and analyze project documents to create comprehensive BRD (Business Requirements Document)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and user stories
- Build and update project specification documents (SRS) and create product guidelines throughout the development process
- Create functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows
- Draw flowcharts and coordinate with related parties to provide solutions suitable for the project system
- Write User Story’s Definition Of Done (DOD) documents for the project Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews for explicit requirements
- Exchange Q&A and confirm specifications with customers
- Organize meetings during the Solution phase (Review clear spec, review design, review SRS…)
- Coordinate with related parties to evaluate importance level and priority order of requirements/tasks/CR to be implemented during development process
Process & Project Management
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives
- Estimate and update work progress on Backlog
- Determine priority order and prepare internal/customer demo scenarios if requested
- Comply with project development processes
- Support user acceptance testing and validation processes
3. Essential qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) (B2/C2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and other modeling techniques
- Experience with database concepts and basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of web technologies and API concepts
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
