1. Responsibility

Developing relationships with customers and stakeholders:

  • Clarify business requirements and technical needs together with business function representatives, participate in design, development and deployment of solutions for the business functions
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with sales and development team to align solution design with customers’ requirements.
  • Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer.
  • Support customers and related parties to hand over the project to the development team after the stage of clarifying technical specifications, requirements and design.

Project management:

  • Take ultimate responsibility for project success.
  • Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Monitor and track project progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Team management:

  • Support in recruitment and building project teams in accordance with project requirements
  • Arrange appropriate work assignments for team members.
  • Evaluate the work results of team members.
  • Supervise, train or advise team members to achieve work efficiency.

2. Requirement

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as Delivery Manager or similar role within an IT outsourcing company.
  • Understand the market and how the IT software outsourcing field operates.
  • Have experience in system analysis, design and administration.
  • Good at risk management skills, logical thinking.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

3. Benefit

  • Income: Upto $3000/month (base salary + Revenue base commission)

4. Working time

  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm
  • Lunch break: 1.5 hours
