- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and provide necessary insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer development strategies to attract potential customers and contribute to business growth.
- Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture potential customers, drive conversions, and improve business performance.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing documents, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and arranging business trips.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance knowledge and professional skills.
Ultimately, we are looking for highly driven candidates who can develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
2. Job requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Foreign Languages, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proficient in English or Japanese (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or JLPT N2); proficiency in both languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently or in a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt effectively to new technologies, tools, and workflows.
- Passion for the IT industry is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility in work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
