2. Job Description
- Customer Understanding & ICP Development: Build and continuously refine AMELA’s buyer personas; develop a deep understanding of target customer segments across English-speaking and European markets.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and approach potential B2B clients (tech and non-tech SMEs) in the global market—with a strong focus on English-speaking countries and the European region—via outbound channels (LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry landscapes, and competitors to identify new business opportunities for our Custom Software Development and ODC services.
- Business Analysis & Solution Positioning: Analyze each prospect’s business model, operational pain points, and technology maturity to identify genuine fit; translate technical insights into a compelling value proposition that accurately positions and matches AMELA’s services to the client’s specific needs (solution–client fit).
- Nurturing & Qualifying: Engage with international prospects to qualify their needs, effectively pitching AMELA’s technical capabilities and system-driven solutions.
- Meeting Coordination: Drive the sales pipeline by successfully scheduling and coordinating online discovery calls and pitching sessions between qualified leads and the Head of Growth or BD Managers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect information and track the sales pipeline meticulously using our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Excel worksheet,..).
- Reporting: Track and report weekly/monthly on outreach campaign performance and assigned KPIs.
3. Job requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Tele-sales. Prior experience in the IT Outsourcing or Software industry is highly preferred.
- Language: Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or Professional Working Proficiency). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently and persuasively with international clients.
- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the IT industry, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and service models like Staff Augmentation and ODC is a significant advantage.
- Tools: Familiarity with lead generation and CRM tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; a proactive, result-oriented mindset; and the ability to thrive under KPI pressure.
