1. Job Description

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand technical needs and business goals.
  • Conduct requirement analysis to identify optimal outsourcing solutions.
  • Design and develop customized IT solutions that align with clients’ technical and business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including scope of services, delivery timelines and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate feasibility and resource requirements for proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and technical workshops to showcase the service capabilities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions, highlighting key technical differentiators and benefits.
  • Work closely with sales, project management and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sales to project delivery.
  • Address client queries and objections effectively, leveraging technical knowledge to foster confidence.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance the pre-sales process and solution offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to the development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

2. Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting or solution architect role, preferably in IT outsourcing or a related industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with a background in cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and other core IT services.
  • Proven experience in developing technical proposals and supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
