1. Job Description
Requirements Analysis & Definition
- Work directly with Japanese clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Perform Requirement Definition and prepare requirement documents and design documents in accordance with the project’s development process.
- Propose appropriate implementation approaches and technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Communicate with clients to clarify specifications and align on the project scope.
System Design
- Perform Basic Design, including screen design, process flow, API, interface, and database design.
- Create and review design documents to ensure completeness, consistency, and implementation of feasibility.
Lead Offshore Development Team
- Collaborate with Japanese clients and the offshore development team to ensure requirements and designs are accurately implemented.
- Monitor project progress, support issue resolution, and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Break down business requirements into development tasks, provide clear instructions to the offshore team, and verify deliverables before reporting to clients.
Quality Assurance
- Review design documents, development outputs, and other project deliverables.
- Support software quality control activities and continuously improve development processes.
2. Job Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in system development, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Requirement Definition or Basic Design.
- Experience working on Waterfall development projects or System Integration (SI) projects for the Japanese market.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1), with the ability to independently lead meetings with Japanese clients, clarify requirements, explain technical solutions, and resolve project issues without interpreter support.
- Solid understanding of web system architecture, APIs, databases, and software development processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams on technical matters.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills (Ho-Ren-So).
- Experience guiding and collaborating with offshore development teams to ensure successful implementation according to project requirements and designs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

1. Mô tả công việc
Phân tích và định nghĩa yêu cầu
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật để thu thập, phân tích và làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ.
- Thực hiện Requirement Definition (要件定義), xây dựng tài liệu yêu cầu và tài liệu thiết kế theo quy trình phát triển của dự án.
- Đề xuất phương án triển khai và giải pháp phù hợp với yêu cầu nghiệp vụ của khách hàng.
- Trao đổi, xác nhận specification và thống nhất phạm vi phát triển với khách hàng.
Thiết kế hệ thống
- Thực hiện Basic Design (基本設計), bao gồm thiết kế màn hình, luồng xử lý, API, Interface và cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Xây dựng và review các tài liệu thiết kế nhằm đảm bảo tính đầy đủ và khả năng triển khai.
Dẫn dắt đội phát triển Offshore
- Phối hợp với khách hàng Nhật và đội phát triển Offshore nhằm đảm bảo yêu cầu và thiết kế được triển khai chính xác.
- Theo dõi tiến độ, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm trong quá trình phát triển.
- Phân rã yêu cầu thành các task phát triển, đưa ra chỉ thị cụ thể cho đội Offshore và xác nhận kết quả triển khai trước khi báo cáo khách hàng.
Đảm bảo chất lượng
- Review tài liệu thiết kế, kết quả phát triển và các deliverables của dự án.
- Hỗ trợ kiểm soát chất lượng và cải tiến quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
2. Yêu cầu công việc
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển hệ thống, trong đó có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia Requirement Definition (要件定義) hoặc Basic Design (基本設計).
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc theo mô hình Waterfall hoặc các dự án System Integration (SI) cho thị trường Nhật Bản.
- Tiếng Nhật trình độ Business (tương đương JLPT N1), có khả năng chủ trì các cuộc họp với khách hàng Nhật, làm rõ yêu cầu, trình bày giải pháp kỹ thuật và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh mà không cần hỗ trợ phiên dịch.
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về kiến trúc hệ thống Web, API, cơ sở dữ liệu và quy trình phát triển phần mềm; có khả năng trao đổi các vấn đề kỹ thuật với đội phát triển.
- Có kỹ năng báo cáo, liên lạc và trao đổi công việc (Ho-Ren-So) tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm hướng dẫn, phối hợp và hỗ trợ đội phát triển Offshore triển khai hệ thống theo đúng yêu cầu và thiết kế.
- Có tư duy phân tích, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và giao tiếp tốt.
- Chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan.
