1. Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and fully understand product requirements.
  • Convert business requirements into well-structured design deliverables, including: Wireframes, User flows, Prototypes, and Mockups.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure product designs are intuitive and effective.
  • Design high-fidelity UI using Figma, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Provide clear and well-documented handoffs to developers.
  • Work alongside the development team to ensure implementation aligns with design specifications.
  • Ensure designs meet modern web standards using HTML5 and SCSS.

2. Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a UI/UX design role.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and decisions.
  • Proficient in Figma, HTML5, and SCSS.
  • Ability to independently conduct user research and apply findings to design improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and multi-religious environment.
  • Traits: honest, cautious, creative, quick learner, respectful, approachable, and a strong team player.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Team leadership experience is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Telerik KendoReact, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools, especially Microsoft Designer.
