1. Job Description
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and fully understand product requirements.
- Convert business requirements into well-structured design deliverables, including: Wireframes, User flows, Prototypes, and Mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure product designs are intuitive and effective.
- Design high-fidelity UI using Figma, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Provide clear and well-documented handoffs to developers.
- Work alongside the development team to ensure implementation aligns with design specifications.
- Ensure designs meet modern web standards using HTML5 and SCSS.
2. Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a UI/UX design role.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and decisions.
- Proficient in Figma, HTML5, and SCSS.
- Ability to independently conduct user research and apply findings to design improvements.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and multi-religious environment.
- Traits: honest, cautious, creative, quick learner, respectful, approachable, and a strong team player.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Team leadership experience is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Telerik KendoReact, Azure DevOps.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools, especially Microsoft Designer.
