1. Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate complex IT projects for multinational clients, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining technical excellence. Project coordination and stakeholder management are at the heart of our approach, ensuring efficient delivery and scalability. Additionally, mentoring project teams and driving continuous improvement in project processes is a key aspect of this role.
2. Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and improve project policies and methodologies
- Proactively support and advise customers and colleagues regarding capacity, scope, planning and deadlines
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with varying teams and stakeholders
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
- Consult internally and externally to set the right priorities and manage expectations
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
- Report project progress to stakeholders and management
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project delivery timelines
- Stay informed about professional and technical developments through continuous learning
3. Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent in IT, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Knowledge of IT systems and experience with relevant project processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) (B2/C2) Core competencies
- Strong experience with ITIL, SCRUM, Lean and/or Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Harvest, and Forecast
- Experience coordinating IT projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
