1. Job Description

  • Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals.
  • Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert technical advice and solutions to ensure that proposed solutions meet clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top technical talent.

2. Job requirements:

  • Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leadership role, preferably within an IT outsourcing company.
  • Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
  • Demonstrated ability to advise clients on technical solutions and deliver high-quality results;
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
