1. Job Description
- Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals.
- Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company remains competitive.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert technical advice and solutions to ensure that proposed solutions meet clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications.
- Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all technical documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top technical talent.
2. Job requirements:
- Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leadership role, preferably within an IT outsourcing company.
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
- Demonstrated ability to advise clients on technical solutions and deliver high-quality results;
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
