I. ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Specialist, your mission is to be the “spearhead” in penetrating high-potential markets, specifically the Nordics and the Netherlands, alongside Singapore and Australia, if you have strong experience in that region. You will focus heavily on Lead Generation (Hunting), identifying high-value opportunities, and initiating the first touchpoint with C-level executives or Tech managers of SMEs and Big Enterprises.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Hunting & Outreach: Identify and approach potential B2B clients through multi-channel outbound strategies (LinkedIn, Cold Email, Networking, etc.).
- Market Insight: Research and analyze the ITO/ODC landscape in Northern Europe and APAC to tailor value propositions.
- SQL Generation: Qualify prospects to ensure they meet the criteria for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) before handing them over to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to optimize conversion rates and nurture long-term leads.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM data and provide weekly/monthly reports on lead pipeline and market feedback.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
We expect you to meet the following 5 key criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in B2B Business Development/Sales, including at least 1 year specifically within the IT Outsourcing (ITO) or Software Development industry.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of European business culture (Directness, Transparency) or strong networks in Singapore/Australia.
- Language: Native-level Vietnamese and Professional English (Written & Verbal). Knowledge of a local language (Dutch, Swedish, etc.) is a massive plus.
- Skills: Master of “The Hunt” – proficient in outbound tools, cold-calling/emailing, and navigating LinkedIn to reach decision-makers. Building Strategic Networking & Ecosystem Building, from Online Communities, Event Networking to Referral Management.
- Mindset: Result-oriented, resilient against rejection, and capable of working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
