Senior QA

1. Job Description Analyze business and technical requirements to define quality assurance needs and acceptance criteria. Design, build, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases. Execute end-to-end (E2E) tests, regression tests, and functional tests to validate software performance and reliability. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution. Work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure product quality at all stages. Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to QA strategy. (If applicable) Lead a small QA team, providing technical guidance and mentorship. 2.  Job requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA or software testing role. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive test coverage. Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing practices and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have: Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright). Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in leading a QA team or mentoring junior QA engineers. 3.
